We honestly cannot recommend Sendy and her team at Your Bali Wedding enough. From the very beginning, Sendy was so easy to deal with, incredibly organised and genuinely cared about making our day exactly what we wanted. Planning a wedding overseas felt easy with her, and we always felt completely looked after. Sendy’s eye for detail is amazing. She thought of things we never would have and made sure everything came together perfectly. Nothing was ever an issue and she was always quick to respond, calm and reassuring throughout the whole process. On the day, Sendy and her team were absolute pros. Everything ran so smoothly and we were able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves, knowing everything was under control. The team were kind, calm and worked quietly behind the scenes to make sure the day flowed perfectly. Thank you Sendy & the YBW team for executing the most beautiful, intimate wedding that was exactly how I envisioned it based off the inspo photos I had shared with Sendy! What I appreciated the most about Sendy is that she would give us best practices & advice based on her experience, which ultimately helped us save costs and stay (mostly) within our budget. Sendy was also responsive and patient with all our emails and questions - she was truly a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend her and her team more for any future brides. On the day of, Sendy handled everything from start to finish and I was completely stress-free and able to be present and truly enjoy the wedding day with my family and friends! It rained (briefly) during our cocktail hour and I was still completely zen and didn't even notice any issues as Sendy handled everything super professionally and got our guests to dry cover. To Sendy & the team at Your Bali Wedding, Wow- where do I even start? You made our wedding dreams come true! It was exactly how we visioned our day coming together. Everything was perfect. The process from start to finish was very smooth. Communication was speedy, efficient and clear. Any request I had, Sendy listened and made it happen. I can not express how easy it was! We had so many compliments throughout the night and afterwards with our beautiful our wedding was and how organised it was. We had lots of people telling us that it was the best wedding they had been to. I didn't have to think about anything on the day. Sendy made everything happen. My husband and I got married in Bali in May 2025. It was the dreamiest, most amazing day of our lives and without Your Bali Wedding, things wouldn't have been possible! I had wedding planning consultations with 7 different planners before picking YBW - all the other vendors told me my wedding was going to cost 60-70,000 AUD while YBW gave an estimate of 40-45,000$. They definitely were able to stay in my budget and helped provide cost-effective ideas. Sendy and her team were just the best - we planned my wedding for 2 years, in that time 2 wedding planners had left the business but when workloads were handed over, everyone was prepared and knew exactly what was going on. Very organised. On the actual day, it was amazing to see all the workers rush in and get their work done quickly.
