  It is too bad the front of house is so bad that I can't give 5 stars. The food and kitchen team deserve 5 stars; the food tasty, prepared well and a good value on price. What really drops their rating is the wait staff and most definitely the cashier. They forgot an item from our order, were not particularly helpful on service, but when it came to pay the cashier was rude, impolite and unprofessional. Casa Bunga offers a discount with Lestari of a generous 20%, with the terms Rp. 500.000 maximum. I get it, so the maximum discount would be Rp. 100.000 on any bill. We spent almost Rp. 700.000, but the cashier decided then there is NO DISCOUNT because the bill is over Rp. 500.000. And then won't explain her ridiculous reasoning but just pushes you away with her rude attitude. OK, Rp.100.000 is not such a big deal, but it is false advertising and an unethical business practice. It is too bad as my wife really likes their Chicken Steak but difficult for me to come back here again to suppo
