  We are a couple from Singapore and Malaysia and took a leap of faith in engaging Lily Wedding Services to make our dream wedding come true. It was a big deal for us to entrust someone completely with this important feat when we were not even in the same country, but we are so happy we did! We mainly worked with the founder, Sarce, who is super nice and friendly. From start to finish, it was a stress free process for us. Admittedly communication was a bit patchy at the beginning but this was mainly due to the fact that the wedding was over a year away so we did have a lot of time. LWS is also a small team so understandably they would let us know when there would be delayed responses because they were on site visits or attending to other weddings, but it was evident to us that Sarce was very experienced and could manage things efficiently as necessary. She would also make herself available for catchups as and when we wanted it and we appreciated how she did so even on weekends as we wer

  Thank you to sarce and her team for making our dreams come true. My wife has always imagined her ideal wedding since she was a child and Lily Wedding services has made it happen from us. We’ve been working with sarce from the UK and we’ve not been to Bali before. However sarce and her team has been great in helping us source our vendors and locations and personalizing our wedding according to our budget. Sarce has always been very patient with us in providing ideas and comments during our wedding planning. She has a small team of planners so in the early planning stages, communication can be slightly slower. However, she will never fail to give you her undivided attention during video calls. On top of them, you can feel the excitement from sarce during our wedding planning, it’s not just a job to her, she enjoys it a lot which makes the experience even more pleasurable.
