  The entrance street to the venue is small, however the parking lot is huge! Inside the building is well maintained and clean. The interior also looks modern and classic. Overall, this is a nice and very recommended venue

  We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Riverside. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the venue, decoration, and the flow of the event. The venue itself is also considered good. However, there were some shortcomings, particularly related to the sales representative and PIC handling our event under the name Daniel Jesse, who we believe could have been more focused and detail-oriented during the meetings and final meeting, especially regarding wedding and buffet details. 1. We purchased welcome snacks, iced tea, hot coffee, and mineral water, which were not included in the wedding package and were paid separately. However, on the event day, only hot coffee and hot tea were provided, without mineral water. The coffee and tea were also prepared manually, with only one hot water dispenser available. When we asked about this, the response was “this is usually how we do it”, even though during the meeting and final meeting it was clearly agreed that there would be three dispensers (
