Easy to find while not crowded traffic, I don't know how much parking lot can accommodate but hey have outdoor and basement parking, Function Hall are middle size I think can afford less than 200 people.

It was great for a event held there but downside is it's too cold so i suggest you bring a mantle or a jacket
