    My husband and I couldn't ask for a better crew to assist us on our wedding day. It was the morning of, and first thing first, I got myself a mangled bouquet. My wedding bouquet was mishandled by the hotel security, with parts of the flowers torned and one stem was protruding out with no flower head to be found. Irene and her team promptly coordinate with the florist to replace the beginning-to-blacken flowers with new ones in time for my Holy Matrimony. This is the kind of swift to action professionalism you'll get with LevelUp. I would recommend Irene and her team no doubt. They are professional, easy to talk to and helpful from start to finish. The end of the day, it was a blast, because they would go above and beyond to ensure everything is smooth sailing. Much love you guys ♥
