Ballroom condition is so so. Relatively warm light inside, not very bright for seminar or wedding reception but still acceptable. The elevators are limited to be used from first or ground floor. The mall itself noticeable from big street close to it.

Beautiful ballroom, high ceiling, nice decoration, very spacious. Went here last weekend for wedding. The food was delicious. Parking spaces are easily accessible.
