Nice hotel, no plastic, eco friendly. Its behind the transmart. But the transmart is closed. The hotel is clean, the service is good. But it kinda far from the centre of the town. Near the airport. Quiet and comfortable. Spacious parking.

Room is nice with ambience lighting. Room smells nice and tiddy. What i really missing is bolster, they only have pillow. Considering indonesian always have bolster beside pillow making my sleep not comfortable. I didnt check whether hotel provide this upon request. Overall the hotel is good.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very accommodating with all our requests. The hotel is decent overall, with a clean and comfortable room and bed. The location is also convenient, close to many dining options. The only downside was the soundproofing, as there was some noise from the room above at night, but the staff responded quickly after we informed them.

ikhsan was just so genuinely friendly ,not in that fake 'customer service' way,You know? Our room was spotless like ,sparklig clean.
