  Got there alone 3 staff there one sleeping on a chairs and 2 invisible to busy playing on their phone behind the bar , evrytime i needed something , to order , I had to go to the bar. To order and they would be so focus on their phone that they would not notice , I was there . Had to call them even I was in front of them. . This place could be great but maintenance and service don’t seem to be their priority . No wonder the place is empty .

  I had an extremely disappointing stay at Seaside Villa in Jepara. The staff were unprofessional, unfriendly, and outright rude from the moment I arrived. I was refused check-in before 2:00 PM unless I paid almost the same price as a full night’s rent, which is completely unreasonable and felt like exploitation rather than hospitality. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures advertised. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty and unhygienic, clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival. The beach area was also very disappointing and poorly kept, far from what you would expect when booking a “seaside” villa. Overall, this place failed on every level: service, cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality. I regret choosing this villa and do not recommend it to anyone. There are much better places in Jepara that actually respect their guests

  The hotel's location is on a fairly quiet white sandy beach. Suitable for hanging out with family or friends. The room is quite good, the hotel service is good. The food is delicious

  Nice and cozy beach even option for other cute restaurants nearby. Seaside Villa has cute bungalows with reasonable prices. A little new painting on the walls could make it even more handsome. Some sitting area outside in front of bungalow was missing but the beach area has many options for hanging out. Breakfast is quite nice, I loved the American breaky. The restaurant is a bit soulless but the food is okay. I would come back again.
