  We spent a wonderful 4 days and 3 nights here, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. **The Villa Experience** The villas are stunning and incredibly peaceful. It felt like we had our own private little world to retreat to. Despite the traditional beauty, the amenities are perfectly updated for modern needs—we had no issues with charging or using all our devices. A very thoughtful touch: the hotel provides sunscreen and insect repellent in the room, so you don't need to worry if you forgot to pack them! **Dining & Service** The breakfast spread was nice with a great selection to start the day. We also dined at two of the on-site restaurants, and both were excellent. A special shout-out to **Jala**; the staff there went above and beyond to fulfill our specific requests, and both the food and service were top-tier. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.||A special mention to KC, who upon our arrival not only immediately organized our departure transfer, but also proactively arranged a late check out for us because our flight was at 5pm, without us even having to ask. This level of anticipation and care is what truly makes the experience exceptional and unforgettable.||We were upgraded to a stunning ocean view villa. Honestly, the villa itself was so beautiful that it made us want to stay there all day. The private pool and patio were simply perfect.   We had a mother daughter vacation for spring break. The hotel staffs were so kind caring and thoughtful. We had a wonderful experience. The food is so good, and we particularly enjoyed Sundara by the beach. Thank you Yugi and Amanda for making our trip so memorable.

  We spent 10 days at this resort with our 9 month old. From the minute you enter the lobby and check in you feel relaxed and feel the beauty of the resort. The jimbaran bay villa had lovely ocean views. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have had. The service was absolutely impeccable. The room was immaculate. We required a buggy service as our villa was in an end of the resort that was further away from amenities, however, without a baby, we would have likely walked. Could not fault this experience and hope to be ale t come back one day
