  Our stay at the InterContinental Bali Resort was nothing short of exceptional and I can honestly say the service exceeded every expectation. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, incredible dining, and one of the most relaxing beachfront settings in Bali. But what truly sets this property apart is its people. Every interaction with the staff reflected a sincere commitment to making our stay special.   What a beautiful resort—this place truly epitomises a Balinese paradise. From the serenity of its established, rambling gardens to its incredible waterfront location, every detail invites relaxation. With multiple swimming pools and lounging areas, there’s no shortage of places to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The culinary offerings are equally impressive, delivering a delightful dining experience throughout the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a design that embraces texture and colour — creating a character-filled atmosphere. And of course, the most important of all were the wonderful colleagues, always delivering true hospitality with a smile! Thank you to Dicky who remembered my coffee order and made sure I had a great start to my day.

  As you would expect from any InterContinental destination the Jimbaran certainly is exceptional. Everywhere you look or go is impressive and a pleasure to be a guest here. We stayed in a King Premium Mezzanine Singaraja Space Access room which extremely spacious and exceptionally maintained throughout our stay. Non-intrusive Housekeeping ensuring the room was serviced several times each day maintaining essential supplies and services. The grounds whether it be poolside or beachside was a lovely atmosphere to relax in albeit busy most days to find a lounge (there was a concert event on in the resort at the time so demand may have been a little higher I suspect). Brekky had two options to pick from daily, Taman Gita inside full buffet selection or poolside Jimbaran Gardens with limited buffet (still plenty to choose from) was a beautiful way to start the morning.   We stayed here for the last leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The mood here is so relaxing and romantic. The room and hotel itself is beautiful. Everything was super clean and the food at all of the restaurants on site was amazing, there is not a single meal we were not impressed with. More than anything the staff here are amazing, from waitresses, concierge, housekeeping and even the ground keepers are all so friendly and helpful when needed. Because we were on our honeymoon the staff was extra attentive, we had some cakes set in our room when we arrived and recieved a little dessert on our last night too. They were also very accommodating with giving us a late checkout as our flight was in the evening on the last day and they had availability. The hotel has daily activities organised some of which are free and some are paid with 3rd party coming in. We did 3 of these and were really impressed with these also.
