  There are honestly far too many words and not enough space to properly explain how incredible our wedding experience was with Bali Brides. From the very beginning, the entire Bali Brides team, and especially Britta, our amazing wedding planner, were an absolute dream to deal with. We had monthly calls, countless emails, and plenty of back-and-forth text messages right up until the big day. Every single detail was talked through, considered, refined… and then executed to absolute perfection. Britta answered every one of my many questions with patience which made the whole process feel so calm and exciting instead of overwhelming. And then… the day itself. I genuinely did not have to lift a finger. I sat in my makeup chair, watching the most beautifully organised “chaos” unfold around me, knowing everything was completely under control. After searching for wedding planners and reading tons of reviews, we chose Bali Brides and do not regret it one bit. They were responsive and professional from the beginning. Yanti was our wedding planner and she made the process so easy. When people would ask me how wedding planning was going I would tell them it's going great, I don't even feel like I'm doing anything, which was exactly what I wanted. On the day of our wedding we had unexpected heavy rain but Yanti and the team did such a wonderful job working around it.   Yanti and the rest of the Bali Brides team were amazing from start to finish, creating a magical wedding day for us in our home town Ubud, November 2025. The monthly calls were great and Yanti was always on top of things and gave us a peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of. We are still impressed how she and the rest of the team handled a 170 guest wedding with such ease, and/or solved problems without us knowing about them on the day. Many of our guests asked about the wedding planner team, because we got the response “best wedding I’ve ever been to” many times. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day.
