  The ballroom itself is a good space and the facilities are nice. However, the service needs improvement. During our event, it was difficult to coordinate with the staff in charge and communication was not very pleasant. We were also charged service but there was little assistance during the event, and the toilets were not well maintained. With better service, this place could be much better, especially when hosting business events.

  A luxury wedding venue in Jimbaran, it’s huge and clean. Loving the decoration, highly recommended.

  It's was large room for an event such as graduation, wedding and other party. The parking lot quite big. Clean and we'll serve for all the staffs. Thank you Jimbaran grand ballroom.

  The place is good for meeting, wedding, gathering.. Big ballroom with garden.. Can't wait to visit the coffee factory ^^
