  The service here is amazing! Hospitality is 101% When my husband and I was about to check-in, it took a bit long and I wasn't served quickly but Fellany stood up and saved the day! Fellany was amazing and was so accommodating, she informed me about all the good spots to dine and take pictures in the resort. Any concerns from my interaction with the first woman I spoke to before Fellany were made up for by how accommodating the rest of the staff were. I highly recommend this resort for every family and couples celebrating their honeymoon/wedding anniversary. They truly have a way of making you feel so special. If you’re also having a sad day alone, book this resort and you will surely feel seen and well taken care of. We stayed here for 2 nights but it's actually much better to stay for 3 nights or even a week if you want to experience all their activities. Thank you so much for the magical experience! Will surely go back and recommend to family and friends :)

  RIMBA by AYANA Bali is an ideal destination for nature lovers. While the location is somewhat remote, the resort offers a wide range of activities to keep guests engaged throughout the day. I’m pleased with the improvements in the food and beverage offerings compared to my visit 11 years ago. The staff are excellent; however, service at Karang could be enhanced, as we experienced a longer wait time for our food. Flies at the restaurants remain a concern, and I hope measures can be taken to address this.The room is spacious, and the welcome-back amenities were truly appreciated. I look forward to returning to Rimba on my next trip to Bali.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very peaceful, green, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The environment feels cozy, clean, and comfortable for both adults and children. Highly recommended for families looking for a calm and enjoyable getaway. We will definitely come back again!

  Rimba has that secluded feel for sure,exclusive yes but somehow distant feel with some of the staff. Room was nice,everything was clean,even the balcony seat which usually some hotels reluctant to touch. Breakfast was adequate in choices but carefully crafted,every food we tried was spot on. The ayana app was really helpful,made request on the go while we explore. The beach although located at the end of the tram station was totally worth it.Just be there first around 4pm to avoid the crowd. We tried the food there,all was good ( carefull for flies though ) For gojek,yes they did accept it.our tips,just order it 1 hour before you want it. They will nicely get it at the gate and bring it to the lobby, just check your app and get it there.The staff will ensure you to sign first before handing over. Now for the playground, we really liked the outdoor one,most kids didn't go there so it was a quiet and explorable most of the time. One last note,please try the orchid tea lounge. It w
