  My wife and I had one of the most amazing stays at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who always greeted us with genuine smiles. The (upgraded) room was fantastic—comfortable, well-prepared, and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality.A special shoutout to the housekeeping team, who did an incredible job decorating our room. It was such a lovely surprise and made my wife really happy. They also went the extra mile by providing a luggage rack and even arranging a clothes rack for items we had drying on the balcony—such thoughtful touches really made a difference.We also want to thank the front desk staff on the night of 8th May, who kindly arranged a breakfast box for us. This completely solved our breakfast headache on 9th May, as we had to leave early in the morning for a day trip before breakfast service started.   We are so happy to be back again at Sheraton Kuta Bali, one of the best resorts in Bali for relaxation, shopping, and a beachfront escape. The location is perfect, directly connected to Beachwalk Shopping Center and facing beautiful Kuta Beach, making everything very convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality from the entire team. The resort atmosphere is elegant, peaceful, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. The food was also amazing, especially at Bene Italian Kitchen. We highly recommend sitting on the second floor to enjoy the spectacular sunset view while having delicious Italian cuisine. What truly makes Sheraton Kuta special is the outstanding staff. We were touched to receive a personalized welcome letter from Ibu Ashley.   We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Kuta Bali. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The beautiful sea view was a highlight, making our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. The warm hospitality from all the staff was exceptional, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The hotel’s location is perfect, being directly opposite Beachwalk Shopping Centre and just steps away from Kuta Beach, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient.
