  I stayed at Claro Makassar for four days last week while hosting an event, and everything went really well. After I returned to Jakarta, I realized I had left my jacket behind. I contacted the hotel, and I was genuinely impressed that they had carefully kept it in their lost and found. Special thanks to pak Yandhi from the marketing team for the quick response and great assistance. His professionalism made the whole process smooth and reassuring. This experience shows how much the hotel truly cares about its guests. Highly recommended!

  The service and location offer fantastic value! We especially appreciated the wonderfully quiet room located at the back of the CLARO Makassar hotel, ensuring a perfect, undisturbed night's sleep. The person at reception was exceptionally professional and kind, always ready to help with anything we needed, and nothing was ever too much trouble.||The room was spacious, fully equipped, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and diverse, providing a fantastic start to the day. Overall, a really enjoyable stay — we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

  Staff were all nice to us,the room had an A.C unit behind a locked door next to the window in our room quite noisy ran even if we turned off air-con. Had a view of of the rooftop machinery, we stayed a week I had asked on the hotel website for a quiet room and good view and received the opposite. Lots of functions so the lifts took ages being full we ended up a number of times using the stairs from the 8th floor up and down we are in our seventies so very difficult. So many guests and paying visitors from the functions using breakfast floor you had to share a table and at times no glasses for juice, empty fruit platters other items not replaced in time. Fantastic swimming pool however would not stay again.

  i dont have a photo for the rooms, but i swear all the room really clean, fresh, if u lucky u'll get free upgrade room + have a smart tv so you can watch netflix and chill. then the ballroom is really comfy, and so cool, dont worry when the outside so hot, isnt effect in the inside.
