Location is great. Service staff is great. But pls be warned that there is blasting loud music every weekend till midnight at the pool. If you stay the room facing the pool, you won’t get sleep. Also, the road in front is closed every Sunday for pedestrian exercise. Again be warned that you would be woken up by 6am with blasting music. Generally it’s an old hotel. But stuffs are very helpful.

The room was outdated, yellow lighting, no window makes it feel a bit shady. The price was cheap I know, but some cheaper hotels have a better room. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the saving grace are the gym and the location, that's all

We didnt know that the superior room had no windows, although we had requested a room with window while we booked superior room, but the receptionist ms. anita was very helpful and kind enough to manage a free upgrade For us since we are alergic to smoke smell. |I’m very happy with the service of the hotel and will surely come back again. Thanks to the helpful staff of the hotel.

The main problem with this hotel is its central air conditioner. It was hot in most of the rooms. I will give 3 stars for that. However, the service is really excellent. They respond well for most of the customer needs. One thing I noticed in particular is when I had breakfast on the third day and I was about to order two half-boiled eggs, the waiter had already anticipated it and served me even before I said a word to order it. The crews are very perceptive. I would give it 5 stars for their service. The location of this hotel is also very strategic, near to most places you will need to visit during your stay. I highly recommend it if you want to make a meeting or something similar.
