  My experience is overall great! The room is very clean, enjoyable and very relaxing. The breakfast is really good with a lots of choices. I recomend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing staying in Makassar

  When we tried to check in at the beginning, they didn't have our room that we booked, instead they tried to convince us that we had booked something else. Luckily, I had the booking confirmation, so they had no choice. They then took several hours to prepare our room, and it was still so dirty!All the rooms were very dirty. Stains everywhere, things were broken, falling apart and the furniture and walls were tearing/peeling. The sink was so dirty with dark yellow and grey stains. The shower grouting was terrible, it was RED (supposed to be white)! Had to change rooms SEVERAL times and they were all dirty. None of the rooms were maintained.So disappointed, this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but was worse than most 3 star hotels.

  Great and friendly staff we were here for our wedding anniversary Rathi from reception had written a large beautiful multi coloured congratulations message on the mirror in our room along with a fruit platter and cake/chocolate plate so sweet. The front office manager Genta was a consummate professional very kind and welcoming doing whatever she could to make our stay wonderful which she did, even let us change rooms when we wanted a better view of the sea, immaculately groomed even after a super long shift. Finally we had the same room service man Syamsul Izpar on duty each day and he was exceptionally fast and efficient offering to change whatever we required definitely a 5 star worker, very polite. Overall the breakfasts were great they have it all, well presented, tasty and plenty of it. Any problems even minor were offered to be remedied immediately. Echa in the dining room was very attentive seeing us sitting in the same table daily she reserved it for us and knew to bring us 2

  I always try to stay here. In my opinion it is by far the best hotel in Sulawesi. Nice location, good breakfast, excellent service. The hotel let's me park my vehicle at the lobby because it cannot go in the underground parking. Thank you guys. The sunset by the pool is awesome
