  . ||The brighter side of the hotel, helpful and friendly staff especially the receptionists. Appreciate the hospitality received from Felix, Sovi and Okta for their professionalism in making my stay comfortable and memorable. Even Krisna at the ground cafe & restaurant was very friendly and trust me, he makes the best fried rice at and affordable price. ||The dark side of the hotel is the lack of basic facilities. As it was the peak season I was forced to book a standard room. Was surprised, it has no refrigerator and save deposit box. Since it is hot and humid in Malang, the management should have put a refrigerator to store water. Many tourists who stay in the hotel head to Bromo at odd hours and carrying their valuables is a burden. The hotel is clean and nice and if the management has added icing to the cake it would have tasted better. Hope fhe management looks into this problem and add these basic facilities even with a slight increase of the rate.||Coming makes best Nasi

  overall i like it especially the pool altought i wanna see the sunset but rainy, then not make it bad i can swim with the rain so fun! thank youuu💗

  Cheesecake taste like bricks You order cheese cake and they give you strawberry jam on it? The F&B manager must be fired. No QA QC.. You order cappucino and they give you plain water with few drop of milk. Worst restauran ever

  In general, I really like this hotel. However, some rooms are better than others. I came back because the twin room had very comfortable beds, but the room I stayed in last time had a very hard mattress and a strange pillows. The bathroom was also smelly and worn out. The reason why I always stay here is the pool terrace with the view and the amazing Gin Gin Café.
