  We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding organiser than Kereta Kencana! Our Bali wedding was small, just 30 guests, but their team of 5 made everything run seamlessly. Rai was assigned to help me as the bride, she was an absolute gem! kind, genuine, and supportive all day. Even though I’m Indonesian living in Australia, communication was effortless via WhatsApp and a Zoom call. Nadia and Vicky attended our church rehearsal to understand the schedule, and on the wedding day, everything went perfectly. They went above and beyond. The price was very reasonable, and I can’t recommend Kereta Kencana enough!

  Amazing 😍😍 Nadia helped us from Australia to create the most magical perfect wedding in Indonesia. She is so helpful always answers any messages straight away and she literally made all the stress of planning wedding go away as she did everything.   100/10 🌟 I could write an entire post on how incredible Nadia, Vicky and the team were on the run up to the wedding but especially on the wedding day! Every single guest commented on how incredible the team were - we had an entourage of support to help with every detail and request. I cannot recommend them enough! Over our year of planning we became good friends, lots of trust was invested and we only met the team a few days before the wedding. When decided between wedding planners, I decided to go with them because of how proactive and responsive Nadia was the prior to me booking - it showed me that they will go the extra mile even before I paid them.   The reason why I chose Kereta Kencana as my wedding planner: Nadia as the first point of contact – she patiently answered all my questions and never tried to pressure me. She truly provided excellent service. Their pricing was the best compared to other wedding organizers, especially considering the items already included in the package. Even though I had booked them a year in advance, Vicky and Nadia didn’t just leave me hanging. They kept me updated, sent reminders, and shared important information for my wedding. They helped me negotiate prices with vendors to fit within my budget. Whenever we needed to meet, they always tried to adjust to my schedule and even came to meet me at my place. These small gestures meant a lot to me. On the wedding day, Lano, my assistant, was incredibly helpful until the event was over.
