  Excellent place for holiday. We practically stayed at the hotel throughout our 4 days stay. There is no need to go outside. Beautiful landscape. Ocean just in front of the hotel. Excellent food choices.

From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was genuinely surprised by how outstanding her Italian is—her confidence and fluency were impressive! She took the time to show us around the resort, shared a little about herself and her journey, and made us feel completely at home. It’s people like Koko who make a stay truly unforgettable. The entire team at The Laguna Resort Bali is exceptional, and their genuine hospitality shines through in every interaction. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and everything we were looking for. This was exactly the break we needed. My batteries are now fully recharged, and I’m heading back to work feeling refreshed and grateful. Thank you to everyone at The Laguna Resort Bali for such a fantastic experience.   Our stay at Laguna was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole resort including check-in, maintenance, restaurant staff etc. They really went above and beyond to make our stay quite memorable. We had a studio lagoon access room on the first floor which was well worth it as we spent a lot of time in the water. One of the things we were most impressed with was the maintenance of the lagoon outside our room. The staff were in the water for over an hour each morning making sure the pool was spotless. And the rest of the resort (and our room) was very well maintained and super clean as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

  This hotel was truly magical. The property is stunning, the staff consistently greet you with warm smiles, and every detail reflects genuine care for your experience. Its location is ideal, just steps from the beach and conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are exceptional, beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for a special occasion. If possible, treat yourself to one of the villas, they are worth it. A special thank you to Verinda, the concierge, who provided service that was second to none. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was seamless. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I was especially impressed by the culinary team. The executive chefs personally prepared meals to accommodate my dietary needs and even created special gluten-free sausages for breakfast. That level of attention, care, and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. This was a truly memorable stay, and
