  A very memorable stay in the heart of Nusa Dua. Amazing clifftop view from the lobby. Easy access to a private and clean beach with pristine water. The room was huge, complete with the best amenities. We especially liked the Diptique products. The twin beds were 2 queen beds, very spacious. Perfect for families with kids. They were also happy to convert the sofa into sofa bed with no extra charge. However, it’s not the newest hotel in the area, some parts of the hotel were already showing its age such as the power points, switches and shower head - very minor though.All the staff were very friendly and courteous. Literally no request was too hard to ask. As it was a huge complex, we got around using a buggy everywhere and we did not have to wait long. Everyone including the buggy drivers were super nice. Incredible Balinese hospitality. The restaurant (Bejana) was also nice. We had daily breakfast and a dinner there. Food was fresh and of high quality. Great variety too. The staff were

  This resort is a great place to relax, although the kids were there too. The included breakfast at Senses was wonderful, food was the Bali experience and lots of thanks to Angga in the Senses restaurant and when Angga was off we had the pleasure of Hendra who took exceptional care of us . We definitely loved Angga. The overall staff is accommodating and pleasant. The poolside staff are extremely friendly and care while attending to towels, giving water and making sure comforts were met. It’s good for the family and if you want to go solo. If you want to do local things then take a taxi so it’s a little ways away from any site seeing .

  This hotel truly saved our vacation. After leaving Belmond Jimbaran Puri, arriving at The Ritz-Carlton felt like stepping onto a different planet: a clean beach, beautiful ocean, plenty of greenery, and space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. An excellent hotel both for families and couples. The room was spacious and very comfortable. In-room service is on the highest level - housekeeping twice a day, coffee, water, fresh fruit. In many hotels this would be considered a luxury; here, it’s simply the standard. A great selection of restaurants, and special thanks for the kids’ menu, which made our stay with family even more comfortable. We spent a wonderful time here with our family, and the result is what truly matters - beautiful memories. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton team for this outstanding experience

  Truly an exceptional hotel. It’s huge, beautiful, has so many friendly staff, the huge breakfast buffet was amazing and the Nasi kuning was a stand out - worth travelling from London for! Thank you to Sejana and his intern for cleaning my room. He even went above and beyond by making me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. My room was so beautiful with the private pool! Love it! Will definitely return!
