  Excellent front desk team, smooth check-in process, and very good breakfast with friendly staff. The people working here are the hotel's strongest asset. Unfortunately, several issues prevented this from being a truly great stay. The air-conditioning system is poorly designed and does not regulate temperature properly. Regardless of the temperature selected, it keeps blowing cold air and the room becomes uncomfortably cold unless the AC is switched off manually. Wi-Fi is slow, unreliable, and disconnects frequently. Mobile app service requests are often misunderstood or fulfilled incorrectly. The smoke detector is positioned directly above the bed and flashes every 15 seconds throughout the night, which is distracting when trying to sleep. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Washcloths and hand towels were difficult to obtain, and bathrobes removed during cleaning were not always replaced. There are also safety concerns, including uneven stair risers that create a trip hazard and very slipp

  We had such a wonderful stay and truly can’t thank Anggi and the entire hotel team enough for their exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite, efficient, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their attentiveness really made our stay extra special. A special thank you to Anggi for her kindness and professionalism! She made our stay extra special :) The hotel itself is very kids-friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much easier and more enjoyable for us. The environment felt welcoming and comfortable for families. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable — exactly what we needed after long days out. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining everything to a high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

  Our guests stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and they were very happy with the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and the service truly feels like a 5-star experience. During their stay, I picked them up every day for private tours around Bali. We visited Ubud attractions such as Monkey Forest, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Ubud Art Market, Ubud Palace, Tirta Empul Temple, and beautiful waterfalls. We also explored East Bali, including Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, Lahangan Sweet, Taman Ujung, and Virgin Beach. On the last day, we visited Uluwatu Temple, Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), and watched the amazing Kecak Fire Dance before enjoying a seafood dinner at Jimbaran Beach. Almost every day I picked up guests from this hotel, and the staff were always welcoming, smiling, and helping to open the car door for the guests from arrival until returning to the hotel.   We booked the Deluxe Garden Room and it’s newly renovated! The room is very spacious, modern and clean and comes with a balcony. The staffs are very warm and helpful. Direct beach access and its a perfect spot for sunrise. Breakfast is really good too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Westin Nusa Dua. Definitely will be back again!
