  Exceptional hotel at a good price per night too. Service was excellent except it was a pity they couldn’t rush my laundry request. Hotel breakfast was phenomenon, must get because it tastes so good. The pool and gym was also good too. The sky bar / cafe’s food and service was also exceptional too!! Avoid the massage though, felt like the person was just rubbing my back and legs. Wouldn’t recommend. Overall, would stay again at this hotel but avoid the massage.

  What a perfect hotel for my stay in Padang. Super comfortable room, the most caring and wonderful staff, amazing amenities. If I come back to Padang I would only stay here!

  We loved our stay at the ZHM, it was comfortable and clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and loved swimming in the pool. We will definitely be staying there again.

  Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and well appointed. Luxurious bathroom and thoughtful additions such as slippers, bottled water and a prayer mat. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and upgraded my room to suit my needs. I will definitely stay again on future trips to Padang. Oh, and quality local eating options within walking distance of the hotel.
