  My wife and I chose Aryaduta Pekanbaru for our stay in Pekanbaru, and our experience was somewhat mixed. There were many things we appreciated, but there were also a number of details that prevented the stay from being truly comfortable.Starting with the positives, the staff were excellent throughout our visit. Everyone we encountered was polite, friendly and professional. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. We also liked the location. Although it is not directly on a busy main road, it remains close to restaurants and dining areas, while still feeling relatively peaceful. Transportation was convenient too, with Grab cars readily available.Our room had a pleasant view, especially in the evening. The large windows allowed plenty of light into the room, and watching the sunset from the room was one of the nicer parts of the stay. The room amenities were generally sufficient, and for the price paid, the hotel felt affordable.The swimming pool area is visually

  Great venue for a mid-sized meeting. The room had excellent natural light and the ergonomic chairs made a long day of workshops much more comfortable. The catering options were diverse and catered well to our team's dietary requirements. Access to the business center for last-minute printing was a huge plus.

  Rooms are a little old but overall the staffs are very attentive and the price is reasonable. Nothing much to complain about. However, I would like to address about the massage therapist. Yesterday, I asked for the massage service. Even though the service didn’t reach my expectation, i gave her a tip. However, she was standing there asking me for more tips. I was very shocked. I have never seen someone asking for more tips telling the customer it’s too little. And this was a service provided at a franchise hotel. I hope you read this review and educate your therapists. The attitude was really unbelievable.

  The worse hotel ever, old furnitures, the towel is torn. No replacement towel, i’ve stay for 4days but the housekeeper never top up the shower gel & shampoo. The pool cleanliness is zero! The carpet is smelly. I will never repeat to stay in this hotel again.
