  We accidentally booked the wrong Prime Park property. Since they operate under the same company, we expected a basic level of understanding and cooperation. We called to explain the situation and they verbally promised a refund after cancellation. We followed all the steps and then they simply refused to honour their own promise. No accountability, no professionalism, no customer care. Deeply disappointing. Avoid.

  I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and booked 3 rooms. We arrived after 3:00 PM to check in, but the staff informed us that one of the rooms was still not ready. The official check-in time is 2:00 PM, so it was quite disappointing that the room was still unavailable after 3:00 PM. The air conditioning in the room was also not functioning properly. We had to wait almost one hour before we could even feel minimal airflow, and it felt more like a fan than an air conditioner. It seems like there is no regular maintenance. The toilet flush was another issue. It kept malfunctioning. Although maintenance staff came to check and repair it, the problem reoccurred after using it only 2–3 times and started leaking again. We eventually had to use the toilet in another room, and luckily we had an extra room available. We stayed there because we attended a wedding held in the hotel’s hall.   I had a pleasant stay at Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. The hotel felt modern and comfortable, and I enjoyed the clean and spacious room, the friendly staff, the tasty breakfast, and the clean swimming pool with a nice view. However, the Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable, and the check-in process took a bit longer than expected. Even so, I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others. Its strategic location near shops and restaurants was also a great advantage.
