  Natalie and her team made the wedding process easy, funny enough having not planned a wedding before she listened to our ideas and made sure everything was considered and covered, providing recommendations for trusted proven Catering, Photography, DJ and Venues, initiating discussions with new vendors in Bali. once the planning was done her team was exceptional on the day catering and covering for every scenario, not that i plan on getting married again but....if i was...Natalie would be my first stop.

  Weddings by Natalie gave us an amazing, impressive and breathtaking wedding. It was beyond our wildest expectations. Natalie was always conscious of our budget and the team on the day were stellar. I struggled to find a Bali wedding coordinator who would manage an intimate wedding ceremony like ours, but Weddings by Natalie pulled it off capturing the exact style we wanted without sacrificing on quality. Everything was stunning! Lessons Learned: To give some brides reassurance that your wedding day will be a good one, I will share the journey to the big day. I would recommend casting a meticulous eye over invoices, track payments and deposits. There were a few errors that were rectified but Natalie was always trying to help us save where she could and quickly worked to resolve any small little errors.   Natalie and her team brought our dreams of a Bali destination wedding to life. We started with a previous wedding planner that had ended very poorly. In dismay, with a date and venue picked we had to search for a new wedding planner. Natalie was completely up for the task. Natalie took what we had booked, fixed problems that occurred from our previous wedding planner and created an outstanding completely custom wedding for us. Natalie provided constant communication via video call and email and we felt completely in the loop throughout the process. On the wedding day itself: Natalie’s team went above and beyond ensuring the wedding day went off without a hitch. From ensuring the venue’s vegetation was cleaned for our wedding, to buying last minute umbrellas, to ensuring we got to enjoy the welcome drinks/cocktails while rushing around with first look photos, Natalie’s team made us feel like the guests of honour, not like the hosts.   Last week we had our dream wedding in Bali and none of it would have been possible without Weddings by Natalie. Natalie and her team were phenomenal. Natalie helped us plan everything and she was so quick at responding to any email/message we sent her. On the day her team on the ground were seamless and an absolute pleasure to work with.
