  We chose to plan our wedding ourselves but hired Deasy and the team at BVL to manage the coordination on the day and it was one of the best decisions we made. In the lead-up, Deasy was incredibly helpful in making sure everything was in place. She reviewed our invoices and contracts, created a detailed run sheet and reached out to all of our vendors ahead of time so everyone was aligned. It gave us a lot of confidence going into the day. On the wedding day, the team was amazing. They arrived with a large crew to ensure everything ran smoothly and having both a groom assistant (Dana) and a bride assistant (Helmi) made such a difference. They were so attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. They went above and beyond, including feeding me while I was getting my makeup done! If anything went wrong, I had no idea! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Deasy and the incredible team at BVL Weddings and Events for our destination wedding on 11.10.25, and I truly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing they were.   We worked with Deasy for our wedding at Villa Vedas on September 5th, 2025, and cannot recommend her enough. From the moment we met her in December 2022 and hired her in February 2023, we knew we were in safe hands. Our wedding was originally meant to take place in 2024, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move it to 2025. Throughout all the changes and the long planning journey, Deasy was patient, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. She never once made us feel like we were asking too much, even when I (the bride) had a very detailed vision, complete with a mood board and PDF document outlining the flow, décor, and every element of the day. The last two weeks before the wedding were particularly challenging—five guests dropped out at the last minute, and we added a full Hindu ceremony alongside the Christian one, which changed the flow considerably.   Deasy and her team at BVL are truly magicians. In December 2023 I interviewed three or four wedding planners to help organise my September 2024 wedding in Bali. Deasy immediately stood out as being incredibly responsible, organised and with a great deal of expertise on vendors, venues and local regulations. I’m so glad we chose Deasy and BVL to plan our wedding. From the get-go she told us what decisions needed to be made, answered our millions of questions with patience and packed our Bali itinerary with food tastings, venue inspections and all the important to-do items.
