  Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking ocean views and beautiful swimming pools.   My stay at W Bali – Seminyak was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, style, and a relaxed Balinese atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The pool area was stunning, the beachfront location was perfect for watching the sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of delicious options. I left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, fun, and unforgettable stay in Bali, I highly recommend W Bali – Seminyak! 😊

  We had a lovely experience at the W Bali and would definitely stay here again. Here is a breakdown of our stay: **Location** The location is excellent. While the resort itself feels like a private oasis, it’s just a short walk from the hotel entrance to a vibrant commercial area packed with great restaurants and shops. You get the best of both worlds: resort tranquility and easy access to Seminyak’s energy. **Accommodations** We stayed in a **two-bedroom villa**, which was incredibly spacious and well-designed. One thing to note is that the living room area is outdoors. While it’s a beautiful setup, it did get quite hot during the daytime, making it a bit difficult to lounge comfortably in that specific area until the temperature dropped. **Dining** Breakfast is served in two different restaurants, but we **strongly recommend Fire**.   After more than 10 stays at W Bali between 2019 and 2026, it’s sad to say that what was once my number one vacation destination no longer feels deserving of that title. My stays in November 2025 and January 2026 were still excellent, which made the decline during this visit even more noticeable and disappointing. During this stay, I met with the new GM, Michael, to discuss several service concerns, but the conversation felt filled with excuses rather than genuine accountability or urgency to improve the guest experience. I arrived more than an hour after official check in time and my room was still not ready. Beyond that, many of the hospitality touches that once made W Bali stand out simply felt absent. As a Marriott elite member, there was very little recognition, minimal guidance regarding hotel amenities, breakfast information was not proactively provided, and even assistance with day bed bookings lacked the attention to detail the property was once known for.
