  Despite the good reviews, our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The rooms were not at all what we expected and felt poorly maintained. There were bugs everywhere, the walls were peeling and damaged, and the overall condition of the room looked very run down. Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing — every noise from outside and neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioner constantly made loud noises, even when it was turned off, which became incredibly frustrating during the night. The one positive was the staff, who were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a shame the condition of the hotel itself did not match the excellent service provided by the team.

  This hotel was next to the airport which was perfect for us, the room service was great and the staff were helpful when we needed assistance! Reception helped us book a grab as our phones stopped working. This place was great and we loved it.

  I got the chance to stay at this hotel during the 4th Nusantara Meet-Up of Local Guides. It seems like the hotel has been around for quite a while, as the furniture looks very old-fashioned. However, the room was spacious and comfortable, although there were quite a lot of mosquitoes. I’m not sure about the room rate since everything was arranged by the event committee. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a cold tea drink, even though it was around 10 PM, it would’ve been nicer if they served warm tea instead. Overall, it’s a good place for events with many participants.

  Rooms are fullfilling your basic necessities when you are travelling for short period. AC is good, water heater is working except for room 709. Despite outdated equipment and material, it is comfy enough. Very bargain for money, value for it Receptionist was courteous. The room set up is straight forward, the linen got dirty and marks on it. Hoping they change it for new guests Despite those marks. Overall, good for family travelling on budget and sleeping stop over
