  Beautiful venue & ambiance Many couples say it looks elegant and “wedding-ready” without needing heavy decoration. Good service & management Staff are often described as helpful, responsive, and professional. Spacious & comfortable Guests mention the space is for medium to large weddings. Nice outdoor feel Pavilion-style design gives a semi-outdoor, garden vibe—great for photos.

  the place is nice, luxurious and comfortable, can be used for weddings, etc., yuu, don't doubt, there are lots of places for photos and the scenery is very beautiful

  To be fair, the food was okay. The venue visually nice. However, the experience was dead by extremely rude management. The contact person, were unhelpful, rigid, and frankly rude. Their responses were robotic and dismissive—constantly saying, "Let me ask management," without providing solutions or fulfilling our requests. In the end, we had to come up with our own solutions to make the event work. when we tried to solve the issues ourselves, the management became angry, leading to an embarrassing confrontation during the event. This lack of respect and professionalism made what should have been a special occasion incredibly stressful and unpleasant. Would not recommend.
