  I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. Beyond the stunning amenities, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional level of customer service. Even before arrival, communication was flawless over WhatsApp to organize the entire trip and activities. The team was incredibly responsive, helping coordinate every detail in advance and making the planning process effortless. What impressed me the most is the flawless internal communication between staff! Everywhere we went - whether it was the restaurant, lobby, fitness hub, yoga class or spa - it was seamless and perfectly coordinated. We were always greeted by name, which made the experience feel incredibly personal.   My stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan exceeded all expectations! Surrounded by dense greenery and the peaceful Ayung River, this resort feels like a private tropical paradise. It strikes a lovely balance between traditional Balinese charm and modern luxury. The villas are gorgeous, roomy and well-maintained, with private pools and lovely outdoor spaces where you can soak up the stunning natural views. The staff here are warm, professional and incredibly attentive — the 24-hour butler service is such a lovely touch. Don’t miss the signature floating breakfast and riverside meals; the food is fresh and delicious. The spa is also a must-try for total relaxation. While it enjoys a quiet, secluded setting, Ubud town is easily accessible. This is hands down one of the best resorts in the area. A perfect pick for a relaxing, indulgent getaway in Bali.
