  You know a place has truly touched your heart when you leave with tears in your eyes. Our stay at Tanah Gajah was nothing short of unforgettable. The resort is set in a calm, serene landscape surrounded by beautiful nature — a peaceful sanctuary that invites you to slow down, disconnect, and truly unwind. The service was exceptional and deeply personal. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail, greeting us by name and making each interaction feel sincere and welcoming. The food was outstanding — beautifully prepared, consistently delicious, and a true highlight of our stay. Every meal contributed to the overall sense of indulgence and comfort. Tanah Gajah is more than just a resort; it is an experience defined by calm, care, and heartfelt hospitality. A place that stays with you long after you leave. We can highly recommend the Luxury Escapes packages. The inclusions were phenomenal and offered exceptional value.

  We had the most amazing stay at the Tanah Gajah. The rooms are beautiful with an extensive breakfast menu, afternoon tea and sunset cocktail hour included in the club rooms. They would also arrange a car for you to take you into Central Ubud included in your stay on top of this. Everyone who worked here was super welcoming from the moment we arrived till the moment we left, every little detail was thought through to make the most comfortable stay for all their guests, from being welcomed with a lovely drink and snack, to having cold towels ready for when you arrived back from a day of exploring. The hotel was close enough to the action but far enough out (less than a ten minute drive) to feel like a peaceful oasis. All the staff were so lovely but Nopi was the sweetest, nothing was too much trouble and she’s a real credit to the hotel!

  What can I say. This resort was top notch from the bottom up. Every single staff member was attentive and detailed oriented. Super accommodating to us and to our friends and family. My wife and I had our wedding there and they made it memorable for us and everyone attending. What separates them from other places in Ubud is the serenity and peacefulness. Once you walk into their gates, it’s like entering another portal. With so many spectacular views all around. Hands down one of, if not the best resort in Bali for sure. Thank you Tanah Gajah for a lifetime of memories there.

  Tanah gajah is the very nice place to experience, it is the best choice for couples and families or any to past the holidays. I decided to celebrate kid birthday here to make her wish come true. Ganah gajah team provided us all best service from check in, luggage service, parking service, and welcome ceremony, there also has tourism car during guests living hotel, SPA, swimming, yoga, gyms, tea break and free car service. And especially hot air balloon, nice view. 这家酒店真的非常推荐慢节奏度假，天然氧吧。
