  Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it truly reflected the quality and service you would expect from a luxury five-star property. What impressed me the most was the staff. They genuinely cared about their guests, remembered personal preferences, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The attention to detail and level of hospitality were outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, and the restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience. Every aspect of the property is managed with professionalism and care. Overall, this hotel delivers a true five-star experience. The quality, service, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again.

  This is honestly the perfect hotel and getaway. We stayed for four nights as part of our honeymoon and wish we stayed longer. The hotel and grounds as a whole are just beautiful and it was so quiet and peaceful, often like we were the only ones there. We stayed in one of the hillside villas and it was incredible, the room was a great size and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with so much space, a jacuzzi bath and a shower with great water pressure. The hotel is a little way out from Ubud centre, whilst it does have a shuttle bus included we stayed and ate at the hotel Swept Away restaurant and do not even slightly regret it. The food is incredible, to the point where on our last night my husband ordered two mains because he didn’t want to miss out on anything. Also the swept away restaurant is just stunning and so relaxing next to a stream, and just as nice in the day where we had afternoon tea. The price of the food and drinks is excellent as someone visiting from the UK. We

  Property is a little aged but it's clean.The living area of the villa could do with a little more lighting.Service was good. Staff friendly. Free afternoon tea was nice. There's Shuttle to centre too. Can easily grab there too.Highly recommed the spa. We enjoyed the couple massage v much... masseuse were v skillful...

  Currently staying at The Samaya Ubud and I have to tell you....it is spectacular. The resort itself is beautifully set up and well designed. The grounds are plush and well maintained. It sits on the Ayung river and is beautiful especially when dining at their restaurant. The fare is top notch with quality ingredients and creative presentations. Did I mention the overall service at this resort?? Well it is some of the best I have experienced in all of Bali including the Michelin resorts. Wonderful energetic service all with a smile and true care for the guest is the trademark here at The Samaya. With some minor esthetic care to some of the villas this resort could be a Michelin recognized resort.
