  Although we only stayed at Viceroy Bali for one night to celebrate our anniversary, it genuinely felt long enough mainly because we were able to check in early at around 12 pm, which allowed us to enjoy the villa and facilities without feeling rushed.We also paid for an upgrade to the Elephant Villa, which is the only one of its kind in the entire resort, and it was absolutely worth it. The villa felt extremely private, spacious, and special, making the anniversary stay even more memorable. Waking up and spending the afternoon surrounded by the lush Ubud valley views was incredibly relaxing and peaceful.From the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptional. We were greeted with beautiful hanging flowers placed around our necks, and the scent was unforgettable. My girlfriend even mentioned that the fragrance instantly made her feel relaxed and sleepy in the best way possible.   An absolutely outstanding stay from beginning to end. My girlfriend and I had a truly wonderful experience and were impressed by every aspect of the hotel. The room was beautiful, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel special. One of the highlights of our stay was our dinner at Aperative Restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were exceptional, making it a memorable culinary experience. It perfectly reflected the high standards that this hotel maintains throughout. What really sets this property apart, however, is the level of hospitality and service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This hotel has created a truly unique standard in both hospitality and gastronomy.   Just returned home to the UK from a trip to Bali We recently stayed at the Viceroy Bali for five nights and I can honestly say it is the nicest venue I have ever stayed at. We arrived late evening and the staff at reception were so welcoming. They showed us to our suite and we were absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble and all the team are on hand to assist in making your stay memorable. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and are of a very high luxurious standard. My son and his girlfriend joined us from Perth and we hadn't seen each other for over a year. We wanted somewhere special to spend quality family time together and the Viceroy didn't disappoint. The venue is a very classy place, the terrace area is where you take breakfast and over the five days the staff constantly remembered what your requirements were.   We had a wonderful honeymoon stay and we are so grateful we picked Viceroy for it! Our Elephant Villa was cosy and private and we loved the whole place. It was very spacious and well equipped, the pool was heated so even my wife could enjoy it. Beds were huge and comfortable, we slept so well! The whole place was clean and very well maintained and the whole hotel has just some magic feel about it, it is so calming just to walk around and take in the architecture, the nature and the views. Service was amazing, we had all the attention we needed and they helped even with our short-notice requests and last minute rescheduling. Very much appreciated! We tried the spa wchich was amazing after a long day travel, gym was well equipped with nice view and the breakfast with a view was so enjoyable! We also tried the fine dining in Aperitif and we enjoyed our candlelight honeymoon dinner, it was a pleasure!
