They’re professional but also extremely warm and fun! I can’t recommend it enough, I will be back for further training 100%.   It was such an amazing experience to do my level 1 certification. The instructors are very professionals they very attentive to each students despite the difference level of skills and experience. The place is also very convenient it close to the diving area, you just need to swim to get there. Will probably do my level 2 here in the future.

  I highly recommend Apneista Freediving in Bali. I completed my Level 1 course over two days and had an incredible experience. Before starting the course, I struggled to dive deeper than 5 metres due to issues equalising and feeling anxious. After just the first open water training session I was able to reach 15 meters comfortably. I was given feedback and tips to improve my technique and help me relax after each dive, which made a huge difference. The course has helped me feel much safer whilst freediving, and improved my trust and confidence in myself. Thankyou to the team for providing such a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I got so much out of these two days, I'm now aiming to return to complete the level 2. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning to freedive or improving their skills :)

  This school is a gem in Amed, with beautiful facilities right on the beach so the access on the ocean is a few steps, access to a big training pool, multiple rooms for theory classes and a restaurant with delicious food. I also loved the wetsuits they provide, desiged for free diving and extra warm than the contentional wetsuits. Doing my course here felt like a relaxing vacation, and each part of the course was like a fun game. They offer quality instructors, with a calming and very friendly approach. The whole vibe in this place is very social and motivating. I love that they offer training fun dives and help you find a buddy to continue practicing after wave 2.
