Excellent dive center and resort. Nando was a wonderful guide, taking us to many different dive sites, helping us navigate and locate interesting sea life. I appreciated his focus on safety, and by watching his technique, I was able to make big improvements to my air consumption. Good trim and little movement. Even though he dives sidemount he’s very quick setting up, so he was able to assist us getting into the water. As for the bungalow it was really peaceful. The staff help quickly if you need anything, you can order a massage therapist to visit, and there is a lovely pool. It’s adventure travel in the jungle so we don’t mind a gecko 🦎 in the bathroom. They eat mosquitos. So I recommend this hotel for laid back people who like nature. The kitchen staff did a great job accommodating our group, with a good balance of western and Indonesian cuisine. I hope to visit again someday

I had a wonderful experience with Bali Dive Trek - right from booking to execution. Akshay was very helpful and responsive while I was trying to get information about dives, stay, pickups etc before arriving and I felt fully equipped to have a hassle-free stay before I even stepped foot in Amed. I stayed at the property as well and it was quiet and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I dived with Fernando and Ludy, and they were both excellent. Nando was a great Deep40 and Nitrox instructor, he is thorough and seems well-practised with everything we needed to get done, so it felt seamless and easy. Meanwhile Ludy is helpful, warm, and patient. They're both also great for cafe recommendations around town ;)

Always a great experience with Bali Dive trek. Did my ANDP, rebreather dives with this outfit and always enjoyed myself. Antoine is an awesome instructor, supported by an equally talented crew including Jelsa, Nando and many others. Big thanks to the support staff like Wayan for making our dives comfortable, warm, well hydrated and fed as always. Will be back again as always

I have a lot to thank this dive centre for, as much of my tech dive training was done here. Antoine is a great diver, but there is much to be desired from his mentorship and fast-paced teaching. I have received a lot of valid feedback, but also unwarranted ones that are personal. It’s regrettable because regionally, he is one of the only few skilled enough to teach courses like Dual rebreather, Mod 3 and more. Much of the staff are otherwise respectful and patient. Akshay and Dom have been very encouraging on my growth as a CCR diver, as I haven’t dove with the Triton for more than a year. They can be strict (as they need to be), but I felt that I was given enough room to breathe and learn. Jelsa, Bali Dive Trek’s divemaster, has been fun to dive with on guided OC tech dives. We did things at a comfortable pace instead of rushing. Also, metal music while prepping for a dive never gets old. Each of them knows Tulamben and Amed dive sites really well, and are knowledgeable in technica
