  Having done my W1 freediving course with Fathom, I went back to do their spearfishing course. David my spearfishing instructor was very experienced and taught me all safety and technical elements, including shallow water target practice. Later we went out and spent over 3 hours going between deep water Rumpons hunting fish. I got plenty of opportunities to shoot fish and managed to shoot 4 myself thanks to David's help!

  Did my Wave 1 course here and it was overall a great experience. Tim (the instructor) is very calm, patient and always tries his best to address any of our concerns/questions. Having lunch included is a super plus as I was always starving coming back from a dive. The small cohort (max 2-3 students) also ensures that we all get plenty of time going under water. If you're looking to do a freedive course, Fathom gives you a freedive course - nothing fancy but has everything you need.
