Excellent for UW photographers of any level with lots of very easy no/low current sites. Silty water, low vis, but superb macro! So many types of nudis, shrimp, octopus, pipefish, cuttlefish.... We spent 2 weeks here, and are already planning a return. It has a fantastic dive team (10 stars for my dive guide Erika!), a spacious, well-equipped and very usable camera room, great atmosphere and camaraderie, excellent food, and clean and comfortable rooms. All staff appeared to actually enjoy their work, and everything was extremely well organized and low stress, from the airport transfers down to the international power sockets. The dive boats were especially good, with water, hot drinks, snacks, towels, an on-board toilet, and everything you could possibly need pre- and post-dive. I also appreciated that the boats were not overcrowded and had lots of room for cameras. And you could get seriously lazy with lovely people to carry your stuff around, set up your equipment, and even help you

We recently returned from a three-week stay at NAD Lembeh. Our guide, Risman Tinara is an expert at finding interesting photo subjects in a somewhat barren landscape. Before I was able to get a couple of photos of one animal, his light would be waving me over for another. The dives were longer than anywhere I had traveled before. Most were between 75 and 85 minutes. I was not used to going into deco on a single aluminum tank. Even the Blackwater dives only ended when were were low on nitrox. ||The food was good, although some meals were too spicy to eat. The kitchen staff made me some chicken on the nights when I was unable to eat the regular dinner. ||Our room was comfortable and cool with air conditioning. We had plenty of water for showers, something we found lacking on previous trips to the Philippines. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip. The entire staff, from dining, boatmen, guides, fill station, and laundry/cleaning were very friendly and hard-working.

Mind blown by their service and quality overall. Their dive arrangement was also top notch. Since we visited at the end of the year, we met several loyal guests which apparently had come a couple times, and I trusted their judgement. The dive sites were also great. As someone who’s not into macro, I enjoyed the dives since lots of unique critters, pinnacles, and nice corals at several sites. Can’t wait to go back and dive again with Nad Lembeh team.
