  I write this review not as a guest, but as a snorkeller who had the misfortune of coming accross guides and guests from Solitude during thier Mandarinfish night dive.|While other tour operators refrained from using bright torches so as not to disturb the fish during their mating displays, or used red lights once it got too dark, the guests and guides from Solitude all had their bright torches on full blast. |Even worse though, I witnessed and filmed dive guides physically prodding sleeping mandarinfish with their metal rods, to get them moving for guests to take photos. This is hideously unethical nature tourism, with the potential to easily physically harm the fish. No one who cares about the wellbeing of the nature you're surely travelling thousands of miles to see should give any money to this resort.||Below I've attached stills from video of the guides prodding the Mandarinfish, the guides with their full bright torches on at the Mandarishfish courtship location, and their boat dir

  This was our 4th dive trip to Limbeh our third time at this resort second as Solitude. The roomz are sized nicel and the staff is outstanding. The dive guides have been thete for many years.

  Amazing diving resort!|If you want the best out of your diving trip in Lembeh, look no further than Solitude Lembeh resort! |Super comfortable and large room, I've been sleeping like a baby. Huge and hot shower. |Amazing service from the Managers and all the Team. Great food at restaurant and the best massage in years! Thanks Sary!!!|And now the diving: absolutely amazing diving experience... I could see and photograph all the critters and animals I wanted to see. Come with your "wish list" and the dive guides will select the dive site depending on what you want to see. Very short boat trip to diving spots (5 to 10min), 1 DM for 2 divers ratio (and super skilled guides! Abner, our dive guide is highly recommended!!!!!).|Great camera room and pro tips from Patrick and Anna! |Nice relaxation at the swimming pool in between dives (and no mosquito in the evening).||
