  Great location but other than that very dated resort. Bathroom constantly smelled and toilet seat was yellow in age. Bug and other stains clearly in walls which we ended up cleaning after 2 days. Balk from manager when asking for extra set of shampoo? We just went out and purchased ourselves. Kitchen sink never cleaned during whole stay. Light switches were dark from grime which we had to clean. Cleaners would consistently not replace hand towels. Had rooster crowing outside ever night starting at 3 am! Wow! Food at restaurant for lunch and dinner barely edible especially the pizza. Definitely not the advertised 4 star resort. Not at par at all to other Interval International resorts worldwide.

  Candidasa is a smaller resort town on the East Coast of Bali approvimately 2 hours north of Sanur. Although smaller and much quieter the town has plenty of Restaurants, Warungs, Bars, convenience stores and craft shops. Taxis are quite plentiful. |After the hustle and bustle of the other tourist areas of Bali, the peace of Candidasa, especially at the Bali Palms Hotel and resort is magic. With its 50 plus rooms, it is a smaller, friendlier hotel than its larger neighbours in Sanur. |The views over the ocean from the pool and major outdoor public areas are great and there is always an onshore breeze to keep the temperature at a perfect level. |As with all hotels maintenance is always necessary and ongoing, but doesn’t, detract from the peace of lying on the loungers around the pool area.|The food is of the highest quality, with something for everyone. The rooms match the food quality with cleanliness and comfort. |However, the star quality of Bali Palms is the staff. Their smiles are

  We wouldnt stay anywhere else. The staff have become our family and bali palms our home. No request is too much trouble. Away from the hustle and influencers in South Bali. Close to small old Bali villages.. temples and waterfalls. We have been fortunate to attend ceremonie with our balinese families. Culturalky and spiritually Candidasa has it alk. You get what you give. If you are friendly it is returned 100% ++ Much appreciated our 2nd home at Bali Palms

  Well 5th time back to Bali palms resort |Love staying here, so peaceful and welcoming , staff speak good English, rooms are very comfortable, pool and bar area are fantastic, nothing is a problem. We have made a lovely bond with the staff and management we call them and Bali palm our Bali family and home 🏠, can’t thank management enough and everyone for making my birthday such a special one, they all bend over backwards to make our stay and my special day happen, a sensational 3course Duck Dinner was arranged for us in a beautiful private setting overlooking the water, it’s a must try !!! we highly recommend staying here, music nights Tuesday and Friday nights with band NONEKOS, and Raffli playing Thursday afternoon from 4pm fun nights with lots of laughs, they also have a newly opened games room which you can enjoy a drink whilst playing, pool, darts jenga plus more. we love staying and find it very hard to leave everytime, see you all again in August 206, much love Donna & Brian ❤️
