  Candidasa is a good base but you need to rent a scooter and explore. There are wonderful, traditional villages, beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of diving areas in neighbouring towns. There is a big refreshing of the neighbourhood along the seawall that is causing a disruption with construction so causing people to not want to stay there. If you’re looking for reduced prices in lovely resorts, this is the time to go, just know that the bars and restaurants are mainly empty in the area so you’ll need to go into some other towns for a bit more Action. Seascape was a great place to stay. Cozy, beautiful sunsets, awesome pool & amazing staff.

  Great location for elegance in a wonderful area of Candidasa. Pool and beach front was awesome and food amenities was great. I was there during the Christmas holiday and New Year’ Eve festival so I was truly impressed by the service at the sister hotel, Palms Reset. They had activities to keep quest entertained and the staff was pleasant and amicable. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort for 2 weeks.

  We stayed in this resort last Nov.29-Dec.5, 2025. Service is far excellent from a 3-star resort, room is neat and clean. Staff are friendly and respectful. It was a good place to stay and relax…kiddos to the staff and management.

  We travel here every year. Cannot fault the staff and location, great place to unwind and relax with some beautiful snorkeling out the front and of course the lovely girls who do the massages near the ocean. A must visit.😊
