  I just completed my Open Water course with Shani at Manta Dive Gili Air, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating. A huge thank you to Shani, who was an absolutely phenomenal instructor. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed. Her teaching style was calm, clear, and encouraging, which made learning to dive both enjoyable and confidence-building. I always felt safe, well-prepared, and excited for each dive. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and it’s easy to see why Manta Dive has such a great reputation.   Fantastic family stay and diving experience at Manta Dive Resort! We stayed at Manta Dive Resort for two wonderful weeks with our family of four (kids 9 and 12). From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The resort itself is fantastic — beautiful, clean, and perfectly located with just a short walk to the beach and excellent snorkeling spots. The rooms and facilities are great, and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and service-minded at all times. It really felt like they went the extra mile to make our stay special. The diving was the highlight of our trip. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the instructors are highly skilled and professional. We did a lot of dives as a family, and our 12-year-old son joined us on many of them — he loved every minute. Our 9-year-old daughter also had a big success doing her Bubblemaker course in the pool and was very proud! We can highly recommend Manta Dive Resort to other fam

  Outstanding experience! The location is ideal for snorkeling right out front on a nice reef, and diving equally easy with the dive shop on-site and the boat on the shore directly across the way. The vibe is chill and relaxed and the staff is friendly and professional and makes every effort to ensure guests have everything they need. The diving was awesome - rental gear good and guides are top-notch. I dove with Opik and he was great - cool demeanor, attentive and an excellent spotter of cool things like my first peacock mantis shrimp! We also loved Manta Taqueria - the margaritas were excellent (and we are from California so our bar is high) and the tacos fantastic. Try the jackfruit - it was spicy and so tasty! Our bungalow was perfect and we loved the outdoor shower. Great spot all around - you will love it!

  Great location right by the shore. The garden bungalows are so quiet and nice and has great atmosphere with a jungle feeling. A perfect stay for relaxing but also for diving and snorkling. Took a refresher and an ocean dive. Felt very safe with the friendly crew! Spent time snorkling with the turtles right in front of the Resort!
