  stayed at Oceans 5 for my first 3 nights as i settled in to the island and the room was clean, comfortable and absolute luxury with everything you could possibly need including a beautiful pool and fantastic breakfast. I also did my open water course here and my expectations were blown away. The training is impeccable and all of the staff are so nuturing and welcoming, its a home away from home. Whether your new to diving or continuing your journey, oceans 5 has it all, the boats, equipment and knowledge and expertise are of the best quality but the people that work there are what makes this place so special and somewhere i cant wait to return to 🙏 Thank you for making my dreams come true Oceans 5 xx

  I did an SSI scuba diver course here and had an amazing experience. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were in a small group, me, my boyfriend, 1 instructor (Tama) and a dive master (lily). This way we felt as though we had 1 to 1 attention. I really appreciated Lily's support and patience she made me feel very comfortable and safe, by the end of the course I felt confident and learnt to really enjoy diving. Tama was very knowledgeable and taught us diving theory very clearly. Oceans 5 really care about being environmentally friendly which was very important to us and was integrated into the course. ||We stayed on the resort whilst we did our course. It is located right by the boat port which makes it very easy to get to and next to the main street and beaches. The rooms were very comfortable and they had lovely products such as shampoo and conditioner made from natural ingredients.   Just beside jetty!! Clean and friendly nice place!! Bf is basic but freshly fruits juices are not bad at all. Oceans 5 is good place for diver. Nice swimming pools and dive pools they have. Gilli air island is deserted and not big yet nice to explore by walking around. Overall, ocean5 is a very good place to stay at Gilli air. Highly recommended.

  We did our Scuba Diver certification here as a family (three teenagers and me), covering theory, pool skills and open water dives, all with Oceans 5. Yunus was our instructor and he was excellent! Patient with a mixed group of ages and clearly experienced at putting some apprehensive first-timers at ease without ever cutting corners on safety. Tegar handled our booking and communication in the weeks before we arrived, and everything was sorted well before we landed on Gili Air, no last-minute scrambling. The facilities are a cut above what else we saw on the island: gear that's clearly well looked after and not old or tired, a great pool for the confined water sessions, and two great open water dives with plenty to see, turtles, eels and more fish than we could keep track of (after learning our skills, of course!) They're slightly more expensive than some of the other dive centres, but after seeing the standard of instruction and kit, it was clear this was probably the best value on th
