  Where to start with this amazing dive centre! Mostly Indonesian owned and run, it feels like everything is done with care and from the heart. From the get go, Made the owner was so welcoming and helpful. I initially signed up for three dives, and ended up doing my advanced dive course because the team was so good. The team are professional, safe and caring. Rowan, the best boat captain and strongest man on the island, navigated the waters so well and made me feel so welcome. Jan and Israel, the best boat hands out there, are so good at their jobs and also made me laugh so much. Jordi was the best dive instructor I could’ve wished for. He was strict when he needed to be (ie when I forgot things!) but had such a calming and joyful presence underwater. It was such a pleasure diving with him. Hendra was another fabulous dive instructor! Terima Kasih Zero to Hero team! Yellow yellow yellow to hero!

  I recently did my first ever dive with Zero to Hero Gili Air, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. A special mention to Jordi, who guided me throughout the whole journey, from the initial training all the way to the actual dive. I was very scared at the beginning and quite low on confidence because my swimming skills are not very strong. But Jordi was extremely calm, patient, and helpful at every step. Whether it was during the training or while we were actually underwater, Jordi kept guiding me clearly and made me feel safe and comfortable. He really helped me build confidence and enjoy the experience instead of feeling nervous. The dive itself was beautiful, and I got to see some amazing underwater views. The whole experience extremely positive and memorable. I would highly recommend Zero to Hero Gili Air to anyone visiting Gili Air, especially newcomers who may be nervous, low on confidence, or not very confident with swimming. I’m sure it would be g

  Hands down we had the best experience. This was my first ever dive and Jordi made us feel comfortable through out. If it’s your first dive without having any second thoughts go for it. Jordi will make the experience a core memory for you. He was so patient while doing the swimming pool training as well. One of the best instructor. Caca was also very helpful in arranging things and communication with her was seamless. A definite 5/5 experience

  THE BEST PLACE TO DO YOUR DIVING!!! ✨ They are very professional and really take care of you. It’s a local place! ✨ cheapest prices in the island. ✨ courses, fun dives… ✨small groups ( I did it ALONE) 🫶❤️ Only work with small groups, personalized attention and they try to give you the best experience. 10/10
