  My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Segara Watersports Bali! We tried the parasailing and donut boat, and both were incredibly fun. We also hired the photographer, and we're very happy with the photos — many of them turned out great. The entire team was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. One thing I highly recommend is contacting them via WhatsApp before coming. The communication was smooth and helpful. Unfortunately, we visited during a period when the tide was quite high. Because of that, the staff advised against doing Sea Walker and snorkeling. I really appreciated their honesty. As a visitor, I always prefer to listen to the locals because they understand the sea conditions much better than I do. If they were only focused on making money, they could have easily said yes to every activity. Instead, they prioritized our overall experience, which says a lot about their integrity.   If I could rate higher I would!! Just went parasailing- awesome experience!! So safe and professional. Gelgel and his team so friendly and reassuring and they are all locals from this area that they really know what they’re doing. How have they Recomend? They are so picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Loved it!! The prices were so reasonable if you booked direct. They supplied us with a locker for all our handbags etc. And they also supply towels if needed. They even gave us a strap so our sunglasses wouldn’t blow off. Impeccable service. The boat was also new so felt very safe

  We booked the Premium Combo with Segara Watersports via WhatsApp prior to our trip and everything went super smoothly! Transport to and from our hotel was arranged, communication was easy, and our driver was punctual. The whole experience was fuss-free with no hard selling. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and everything ran on time. Big shoutout to Arif, our photographer and videographer — he was amazing! Photos and videos turned out great, and we even got a 360° camera for parasailing. Had such a fun time — highly recommend Segara Watersports for a great watersports experience in Bali!
