    Juvens of local pros had so much knowledge and made me feel super safe, took us to the best dive spots that had no other boats, I could only think he knew these spots as he’s local, we saw everything and more than we wanted. It was an incredible day I couldn’t ask for more from a guide. He took some incredible photos too!

    I went on my first discovery dive with Local Pros last week and I am already planning my next trip back to dive with them again!! They were absolutely incredible from start to finish! I originally chose the company because I wanted to experience diving in Komodo with a local dive master with an in depth knowledge of the area. This was clear immediately when we left the harbour with several other big diving tour boats and our boat took us to completely empty dive sites for us to enjoy all to ourselves! I dived with Juvens who was THE BEST! He made me feel comfortable and calm from the start and just made the whole experience so magical! The marine life we saw was out of this world! More turtles than I can count, manta rays, sharks and so many amazing, colourful and diverse fish! I learned after the dive how Juvens had started Local Pros after being a dive master for years working with the big companies who are largely owned by European owners.     I dove with Juvens a few weeks ago and it was an incredible experience. For me, it is so important that I dive with someone experienced and someone that makes me feel safe. I have struggled with a fear of the water for about a year, and after diving with Juvens and seeing his passion for the world under the water, I felt so much excitement and joy to be in the water again.
