  We had a fantastic day out with Eddi. We saw hundreds of fish varieties and even had a turtle swim with us. Eddi was awesome. He took many underwater photos for us and even swam with us which made us feel very safe. He has excellent English. There was quite a bit of rubbish after the rain. Menjangen Island didn’t have deer and was a little under whelming. Over all we loved the experience and had been a highlight of our trip.

  We were never really interested in snorkeling but during our trip to Menjangan Island with our guide Edy a whole new world opened for us. Punctual on time we were picked up by the shuttle at the place where we stayed in Lovina. The 1.5 hour bus ride along the beautiful coast to the fast boat was a treat in itself. With the fast boat we were in 20 minutes at the island. We snorkeled at two different places for some hours. It was wonderful. Now we know why people are so enthused about snorkeling. It was breathtaking. After the snorkeling we went on the island for a nice meal and a drink surrounded by some deer. During the snorkeling we were checked for safety and guided by Edy and his team. So no worries if you are an unexperienced snorkeler. This was really an unforgettable day trip. Next time in beautiful Lovina we will go again on this wonderful snorkeling trip. One more tip: Ask for the underwater pictures! For a great price you get priceless pictures and short videos.

  I booked the day trip to Menjangan Island with this school and had an absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time scuba diving and the instructor made sure I was safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the dive so much and got beautiful fotos and videos from it. I am so happy that I went on this trip. Huge thank you to my instructor!!!

  Great snorkeling trip to Menjangan Island. For my daughters (aged 6 and 9) it was the first time snorkeling in open waters and they Loved it. The water around the island ist clear and calm ideal for beginners. The coral reef is largely intact and less affected by coral bleech than other places around the world that I saw. Our Guide Eddie was really helpful and we saw parrot fish, clownfish, starfish and many more. Lunch on the island was tasty and we had a great day as a family. Would definitely do it again.
