  Decided to book NDC because of the children’s pool. It’s really nice and popular in the late afternoon. The rooms are big but old (expected) but the sewage smell was way too strong. The hotel staff was really really helpful and efficient. We needed to check out at 5am and they helped to shift our luggage back to the lobby and when we reach there the taxi they booked for us has also arrived. Much appreciated.

  Bad experience|Tv only have a chinese channel|The pool have a funny rules, for 2 people only, im staying with 2 kids, only the kids can play in the pool, the parents need to pay again

  Currently the hotel is under renovation, the building is more magnificent and the lobby looks beautiful at night also there’s new waterpark. The entire room uses state-of-the-art technology. Loved it!

  NDC Resort Hotel and Spa Manado is truly an excellent place to stay. The atmosphere is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing and refreshing away from the city’s noise. The surroundings are beautiful, with fresh air and a very comfortable ambiance from check-in until check-out. The room was clean, well-organized, and equipped with complete facilities. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Manager Julia, who is truly the best. She is very professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Her leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team, making guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
