    In short: Bali Ocean Reef offers safe, friendly, informative, and excellent diving and training — I absolutely recommend them. But if you want more detail, read on! I’d previously done a few discovery dives elsewhere and wanted to complete my Open Water course, but I’d had some issues with my ears which made me really anxious about diving. Before booking, I spoke to Edi at Bali Ocean Reef, who immediately reassured me and said we could take everything slow and steady. After a fantastic discovery dive with him, where he completely put me at ease, I was (unsurprisingly!) hooked, and went on to complete my Open Water certification with Bali Ocean Reef. Edi was incredibly thorough throughout the course. I was very nervous at first, but I now feel genuinely competent and comfortable underwater. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, checked I was comfortable at every stage, and gave really helpful feedback throughout the training. Since completing my co

    A fantastic day snorkelling on the reefs around Pulau Menjangan. The whole team were warm friendly and professional. Great coral, fish and a couple of turtles too! A special thanks to Rio our snorkel guide for pointing out so many wonderful fish. Would certainly use again if in Pemuteran.

    Instructor Edi is extremely responsible and patient. He creates a totally stress-free learning atmosphere, making it easy to master diving skills step by step. I brought my husband here for a diving experience last year and we were absolutely satisfied with the service. This year I came back again with my colleagues, and we all love it so much! Highly recommend Bali Ocean Reef to anyone who wants to learn diving！

    I had a wonderful experience with Bali Ocean Reef. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. I did my Open Water course three years ago and hadn’t dived since then. Here, I first did a refresh day and then continued with the Advanced course. It was a lot of fun and I learned so much. Edi was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. I always felt safe with him, which is very important when you return to diving after a long break. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed spending these three days with them. The equipment was in great condition as well. Thank you for an amazing experience - I can highly recommend this dive center!
